I don't remember the cost, but it's several thousand doubloons. It's not mentioned on the website as it doesn't come with the ship. You won't be able to see it until you own the ship. Kii and Ashitaka both have a special camo available for a separate purchase in game. They cost more to go to battle so it balances that a bit. I'll need to check that out to be 100% sure). I just recently returned to WoWS after a long pause and I like the game to kill some time during the Corona crisis, now I'm about to use up my gifted premium days I got for just returning to the game after a long pause and I'm contemplating about getting a premium ship so I don't have to buy Premium time constantly to make credits.
